We are thrilled to announce a dynamic addition to our faculty at the UF School of Music and the UF College of the Arts. Dr. Eftihia Victoria Arkoudis, a distinguished community arts leader and current Director of the Community Music Program at West Virginia University, brings her unparalleled expertise to empower our students in the realm of Music Business & Entrepreneurship.

Hailing from Greece, a nation rich in musical heritage, Dr. Arkoudis is a true luminary in the global music scene. As the co-founder of the acclaimed chamber music ensemble, BETA Quartet, her artistic contributions have resonated on an international scale. Beyond her prowess as a flutist, she has woven a tapestry of experience within the music industry, encompassing pivotal roles in management, communication, and executive leadership.

This upcoming academic year, Dr. Arkoudis will lead a transformative course, "Foundations of Music Business," equipping students with the essential knowledge and skills required to navigate the intricacies of the music industry. Her mentorship will nurture the next generation of music entrepreneurs, infusing them with insights from her multifaceted journey.
