Outstanding Staff for Excellence Award
The WVU Center for Community Engagement selected me as the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 winner of the "𝗢𝘂𝘁𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲" Award for my role as Director of the WVU Community Music Program.
The Excellence in Community Engagement Awards highlights the very best of what West Virginia University has to offer in terms of community engagement and recognizes a staff member who has gone above and beyond demonstrating the ability to build capacity within higher education through civic engagement and community partnerships.
And although I am beyond excited for this honor, I am also eternally grateful for my AMAZING co-workers on the party hallway of WVU School of Music who nominated me to be considered for this award and of course, all the WVU Community Music Program faculty who make this program what it is!
