Rethymno Days Virtual Festival

Eftihia Arkoudis performs for the Rethymnos Days Virtual Festival

Dr. Eftihia Arkoudis takes you on a brief musical journey from the 18th century to today with a program dedicated to works for solo flute and alto flute. Inspired by our slower paced daily lives and social distancing, due to COVID-19, Dr. Arkoudis titled this concert “Standstill.” It may seem like the world has stopped moving for a while, but music and the arts never really stop giving birth to new ideas. Music connects humans and technology ‘erases’ the distance between us. Enjoy a performance featuring works by J.V.Hamm, C.P. E. Bach, Donald Erb, and Niccolò Paganini.
